Welcome to the launch of “What About the Fellas”. This group is centered around men of color where we can come together in all ages, stages and phases of life to empower and uplift one another. This group is lead by black men who will open up the topics and we will discuss them among one another in a private setting rather via zoom or in person. This is a safe space to just be men and vent freely as well as develop brotherhood. Our First topic will be “So She’s Having My Baby’. In this meeting we will discuss what our experience was like with the birth of our first child or raising a child. Biological child or non-biological. We will discuss pros and cons of fatherhood and more. This meeting will be held via zoom due to rising numbers of FLU and Covid-19. There is a $5.00 fee for this meeting. All Proceeds go towards providing diapers and wipes to the community in Doula Bean’s Baby Essential donation room.
